My Coaching Philosophy

My coaching is deeply rooted in my own personal journey of transformation. I know the struggle of owning my Divine light, And I also know the power of being witnessed by a compassionate presence. Inspired by the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s teachings, I’ve learned to step into my power as a Jewish woman and embrace the beauty of my role. I also draw from the Relationshift program, of which I am a certified coach, which lays out 13 Torah principles to help us shift our internal energy—allowing love and connection to flow naturally in marriage.
