This painting holds layers of color and emotion — painted as I allowed every feeling, every part of me, to flow freely onto the canvas.
We are made of so many parts, and life can often feel scattered, swirling in different directions.
At the heart of the painting, in the midst of all the motion, are the words:
"Shema Yisroel, Hashem Elokeinu, Hashem Echad" — Hear O Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord is One.
These words remind me to listen deeply within. To remember that beneath all the colors, all the emotions, all the seeming fragmentation — there is Oneness. There is unity.
May this painting be a blessing to draw us back to that place — where all the pieces of our lives feel held in God's unity.
